I am missing the iBook, Amazon, Scribd, etc. sales that I usually get. All they paid me was money for sales from the end of April on lulu... and all of them were eBooks, which is also unusual... but possible. I don't believe that I had no Amazon sales. I appreciate that they are saying that they are still trying to straighten out the financial data... but they need to tell people that they are only paying people for two weeks' of sales and only sales on Amazon. Very confused. On a cheerier note... OMG... All 300 titles are in the bookstore... well, almost all. A few missing EPUB files, and a few list prices that are unacceptably higher than the ones I designated. But given all the fear that I had lost a thousand hours of work... Well... huge relief. I am still unable to create revisions... Still freezes on the price page and won't advance. But my books are still here. If anyone has any info about the money stuff, please let me know. Also... will I be able to sell PDF's on the new site?

I got my money okay, same day as always. It still says on the site I earnt nothing during April but I had seen, just before the crash, that I had five or six sales last month, and the money I received reflects that. The only thing I didn't get was the normal email from Lulu about it, I got one from paypal instead. This is just like they said it would be. Lulu wrote (accordingly): We have a problem with the website and the migration. It shows nothing or wrong. But the accounting is not affected and the revenues are paid out normally. The accounts and statistics will come at some point.

Hey all, I can't speak to the details as I'm not part of Lulu's finance team, but payments that went out would be for sales through our old system. That means these payments worked just like all previous payments. If you're seeing something that doesn't look right, create a support case. We've got all the sales data, so we can investigate. Let me reiterate; the issues on our site surrounding project/revenue data showing is purely front end. All the data is there, it's just a matter of issues displaying it to you. Nothing is lost and all sales are being logged, including retail sales. If you're seeing some price increases, that was a bug. We emailed users about this earlier in the week and it should be rolled back the right price soon (I think tomorrow). Yes, you can still sell PDFs on Lulu's bookstore.

I felt my sales were a little low too. I still haven't gotten a sales report to reflect it yet. All it shows is one book sold on Lulu this week and two proofs. Paul any idea why it's taking so long for our books to reach the other outlets? I have one almost six weeks out and it's only on Barnes and Itunes. The other is only showing on Itunes. They used to show on Amazon within two weeks. I keep checking on all the normal sites and they aren't showing up. I contacted support three times about them and heard nothing back.

What about books that are still "pending"? I unretired these over a month ago or more than they still aren't back on Amazon yet? These are paperbacks. In my account they all are saying pending. Almost everything else has been fixed.

Yes, my latest book, although the paperback is on Amazon, the ebook is not. Tired of sending in queries to the admins. Also, back to normal with regards to logging in. Have to change password every time... Writeriscoming... Are you on Amazon Central? If so, and it's printed books that are missing, go to my books and try adding the title. An assortment of books will appear, and if yours is there, you can add it. I did this for my latest book.

I just made a sale from the lulu site. My profit is $4.39. This showed correctly last night. Now it's showing $3.39. Which is the price for Eur. This sale is showing from the U.S. Why would it go down like that?

It's not a loss, it's just the exchange rate. When the account is switched back to USD, the original amount should be displayed again - unless the exchange rate has changed. The question is: What currency is your account in? Is that a coincidence? Can we choose that? Where? How?
I have opened a ticket for this, as my account has changed from CHF to EUR, but the majority of my sales are in USD (and the exchange rate CHF-EUR get worse day by day). Any conversion is lossy, so I prefer to have my account in USD (after CHF was abolished). And the only conversion at payout. At the moment I have reopened the ticket and am waiting for an answer. I will tell you more, when I get an answer.

If you didn't see my other post, according to the latest update on Facebook, Lulu says if you get paid by PayPal you might get two payments this month. I assume because of the migration some money was unintentionally left out. If you go to their FB page you can read about. Might be why our last report was so low. Mine has gone down a lot the past year.
