I wondered how other people's revenues look this month? Mine just came through and are less than half what I have when I'm having a bad month. I don't feel like I can trust them at all.

Yes - way down. And no mention of Amazon - yet I sell nearly all my books on Amazon.
It's time for me to make a move. I agree, I can't trust them any longer.

Yes, my revenue was a pittance and last month, I recieved zero. I've noticed in the last few months my revenue has dropped drastically, which contradicts Amazon info. I recieved today notification from Paypal and with no sales data available on Lulu, I'm unable to log my sales for tax purposes. I still have to change password every time I want to log in, which is pissing me off. Maybe next week...

I would keep my books on lulu, just make another size or binding for Ingram Spark. That way you can study and compare performance. Lulu distribution is quite good. Ingram Spark sells to bookstores. You'll have the best of both worlds.

Yes, my revenue has been down too for the last few months but I was blaming myself for falling out of favour! And I don't know the details of my sales yet, but I don't think I'd be trusting them anyway. does this mean any money not yet shown is just gone?

And potentially both will show up on Amazon? I have genuinely lost all trust and confidence in Lulu, so I just need to find the easiest way to transition to another POD publisher.

You are giving people options. Different sizing, matte vs glossy, or hardcover. You are a.publisher. You can do what you want. Only a self publisher is self conscious. Publisher do it all. New covers, old covers, a bar commemorating 10 years, anything.

I know that for sure.

They just made a huge mess. My website was hacked and destroyed twice in 10 years. It happens.

I've had book sales but nothing has shown up at all. The only way I know is because the customer took photos of them and posted it on FB, otherwise I'd never of known. Which makes me think who else has brought them, without the sales counter on Lulu, I'll never know. Everything says $0.00 sales.

I can forgive buggy websites, but when you're getting messed around financially, it's time to take your business elsewhere. Tomorrow I will make an account with Ingram Spark and start to cut my ties with Lulu. Enough is enough.

I have been looking at Ingram Spark but you have to pay to upload per book and $25 a pop. If nothing changes soon, I think my almost 10 year relationship with Lulu might just be over.

In my account: "No payment exists." Even though I know that there should be some payments in April - there was something in the payment before the web site "upgrade".
Also an empty payment history at all for the "All time", even though there should be some.

I got my money okay, same day as always. It still says on the site I earnt nothing during April but I had seen, just before the crash, that I had five or six sales last month, and the money I received reflects that. The only thing I didn't get was the normal email from Lulu about it, I got one from paypal instead.
