I spend all day refreshing the page to find out the income for new book - which i know is popular and selling on Amazon.
Still no revenue data. Another broken promise.
Surely, somebody has thought of launching a legal case against this company. They are keeping revenue that is legally ours, and revenue data that we have a right to access.
What do you think?

I'm not showing revenue either. Better Business Bureau is covered up with complaints about Lulu. It's now 3:13am June 6th and still nothing. I'm not sure about a legal claim but I'm sure there are some. I've got books that should have been out two months ago and still not out. They just retired one of my books that was supposed to be sent to distribution. They are costing me money. I might contact my lawyer and see what might can be done. I'd say at the most a small claims court would be it unless the money was in the thousands. Just found this on the BBB website. Many complaints about Lulu.com\
The company did a website overhaul which has left customers like myself unable to access their work or royalties due The company began a website overhaul two weeks ago and at that time my account began having several issues. The company prints my books on demand and I have been publishing through them since January. All of the files for my books which the site hosts, and uses to print my books, have been altered in some way. Images of book covers are gone and the file containing the book's text is gone. The website also apparently caused a malfunction which raised all of the prices in some retailers online stores, meaning they raised my price without my consent. The issue was fixed and the company sent out an email, but still. Also, I am due royalties some time in the next week or so and my account appears to have no payments due. In fact, my entire history of sales since January of 2020 has disappeared and though I have received payments for past royalties there is no record of those payments. That information should be available. The company has not responded to my requests for assistance nor any of my emails. I have had to go to Lulu's Facebook page to learn about what is going on. In fact, I would not even know why all of these issues were happening had I not gone there. They post daily updates but usually pull them down later because angry customers are stating that they are having the same issues that I am. The company has constantly promised that the issue would be fixed shortly, telling customers that everything would be fixed by Sunday May 3, 2020. Then they posted another update saying everything would be fixed by Friday May 8, 2020. It is now the 9th, I am due funds, I cannot sell my books, I cannot post two more books which I have been advertising on my social media accounts for the past month because of this, and on top of it all they owe me royalties and I have no idea how much and when they will pay me. Not only are they preventing me from making money but now I am worried that they will not be paying me the money they owe me. Please help.
Desired Outcome I would like proof of how much money the company owes me and then I wish to be paid on the date that the company said they would pay me. I also want the company to fix the website issues so that I will stop losing sales each day. Additionally, I want a personal apology from the company for lost revenue and for the lack of attention they have paid to my concerns. Lulu Press, Inc. Response
So everyone is losing money at a time when it's most needed. And no apology or compensation from Lulu.com. I've already begun looking at other platforms. Unless Lulu fixes this soon and gives me good reason to stay, I'm leaving as soon as I can delete my account and books there.

Yes, surely it is only a matter of time before somebody makes a legal case against Lulu, if they have not already done so.
To say that sales revenue data would be ready yesterday, and then to not fulfil that promise is utterly shameful.
