Here we are at the end of the day on Monday. Still no report. I'm hearing some did get theirs but it's half of what they should be getting. As I have mentioned I've got books that are being listed as out of stock on various sites and ebooks being listed as unavailable. A book I published two months ago still not anywhere but Barnes and Apple was just now approved by Lulu to be sent out? I told them no the book was approve 4/11/2020. It was on Barnes way before June 1st. My books are disappearing and not making me money. I've already heard from another company about adding my ebooks to their site. So Lulu's got till the end of the month. Then I'm uploading blank documents to my projects and moving on. See below where ebooks are not available. Some sites like Bokum or Kobo paperbacks are out of stock?

Changes seem to happen on Fridays, or every OTHER Friday in my account.
Wouldn't it be great if Lulu simply explained / confessed a few things and laid their cards on the table? They have got a LOT of bad press and are losing friends - people who COULD be their allies defending them if they would simply be a little transparent.

They have got a LOT of bad press and are losing friends - people who COULD be their allies defending them if they would simply be a little transparent. Yes transparency would be awesome. Then people might not be so angry. They/we need answers. I'm wary too that we can't download our original files. All we get is a pdf or ebook. If so I'd be downloading all of my files to send somewhere else. I did receive an email today saying my book published right before the update was just approved for distribution. I wrote back and said it's already there. I'm asking why it isn't anywhere but Barnes and Noble after two months. They've retired one of my books I had set for Distribution. Ask them weeks ago to please unretire it and please ask before retiring files. Still nothing. We were promised on the updated Facebook page revenue data would be up by Friday. People are leaving nasty messages. Still no new update on Facebook since Friday or answers. I really want to stay but they are not giving me any reason too stay. I heard back from Streetlib that does ebooks only. They said I'd get paid by Paypal for free with no set limits. And distribution is more wide spread than Lulu's. They also have a dashboard where you can monitor sells. When they are ready to pay you, you are emailed and asked to approve the sales and amount. Never get to do that with lulu. BBB is covered up with complaints, and Lulu is covering them fast as they can so they're are getting marked as solved and taken down. This is the biggest Fubar I've ever seen. My books are starting to show out of stock or unavailable. No answer on that either. I'm afraid Lulu will be over soon. The bad thing is that if I put my books up on Streetlib it will take 60 days to get paid. I need money now. That's the only reason I used Lulu. To accent my income. Now that's useless.

Streetlib just told me they are adding paperbacks to their U.S. Store soon. The waiting is hard especially when rent is due and Lulu is holding back. I really hate thinking of leaving Lulu. I liked them. If they had just been honest and planned things better it would be OK. But leaving people in the dark about sales reports and other things is not right.

At the moment Streetlib is not an alternative for printed books.
I'm in Europe. When I visit their site, in both English and Italian they offer print for 49€/$ upset costs. But when you click on the price calculator, it says - as it did at the beginning of the year - printing will be started again and will be available in a few months.

They do not have a broken system, despite being Italian and their whole world almost falling apart recently due to COVID. They kept it together.

It is simply outrageous. It has been way too long waiting and I have not received a single email or response for my ticket. They do not deserve our custom although we do need them. I have signed up with IngramSpark (to get to Lightning Source) and I am just waiting for them to approve my membership (not sure why really but hey ho). Time to pack cases and leave this place. Feels like moving house with all the irritating bits and I do hate that but needs must.

Yep day six no revenue data. No update on FB explaining why or apology. Never seen anyone run a business like this. They know people are leaving and don't even try to stop them. The recent blasting of social issues and censorship in our faces just made it worse. The complaints on this forum is exactly why they removed it from the site. They knew it'd be nothing but complaints.

There is a live stream I watch that deals with self publishing. The guy and his wife seem to be making living off selling and their stream. Lulu had paid him to promote them right before the update. He told me they contacted him back freaking out and told him not to publish the video. He's had one of their female staff members on his show more than once. I wrote and asked him if he'd heard anything from Lulu. After all the times he'd written me back in the past, he said he couldn't answer the question. Because he gets paid to counsel but I was welcome to ask the question on his FB page. In the first contact he told me to hang in there that Lulu would get it worked out. Trust them. Now he's not even answering me? Got to be some real problems. He's promoted them in the past. Wonder if the videos are still up?
