What's the guy's Facebook page or Youtube channel? I'd be interested to see what he has to say.
To be honest, if Lulu announced that they were closing, or declare bankruptcy in the next few weeks I would not be 100% shocked.
In which case, I presume they could keep all of our money.
Surely they have lost thousands of customers. Nobody's patience is indefinite.

There is a live stream I watch that deals with self publishing. The guy and his wife seem to be making living off selling and their stream. Lulu had paid him to promote them right before the update. He told me they contacted him back freaking out and told him not to publish the video. He's had one of their female staff members on his show more than once. I wrote and asked him if he'd heard anything from Lulu. After all the times he'd written me back in the past, he said he couldn't answer the question. Because he gets paid to counsel but I was welcome to ask the question on his FB page. In the first contact he told me to hang in there that Lulu would get it worked out. Trust them. Now he's not even answering me? Got to be some real problems. He's promoted them in the past. Wonder if the videos are still up?

The good news for Lulu is that the revenue stream from the bookstore is apparently still running, and there is also the fact (at this point, anyway) that no one can retire their projects. 
They certainly are in no hurry. They certainly are mum. But the longer they stay silent without addressing their creator's concerns, the angrier people will get and worse it will be for them in the long run. Perhaps. We'll see.

Wed night. Still no revenue data. Still haven't changed the sale I have with incorrect profit. Still haven't fixed the book they retired without my permission. My two newest books still nowhere but Barnes and apple after two months. This is ridiculous. Losing so money because of them that I need badly.
