I can now log in at long last but for my latest book, which was published in April, they are asking me to approve it, set a price etc... I did this in April and the paperback is available on Amazon. On Lulu, they now suggest the book is priced too low, but I set it at £10 and it was fine at the time; giving me a meagre return. The book is now showing as draft and I've contacted Lulu, but as usual, do not expect a response. Also, the ebook has not yet appeared on Kindle. No revenue either, but I understand everyone is experiencing this. I recieved zero revenue for April, but know I sold several books. I've now lost all confidence in Lulu.

You're among good company, Hulsey! I'm just about ready to change the titles of my books and take them elsewhere. If I didn't have so much other work to catch up on I would have already. The clumsy way this has been handled and Lulu's cowardly lack of response to valid complaints is speaking volumes about the character of their corporate culture. I believe I have left the "Wait and See" camp for the "Never Look Back" camp.
One could almost write a book about this whole affair. Maybe someone should?

BlueAndGold, when you do that, please think of your readers and communicate it clearly. Maybe in the short description ("unchanged new edition of Old-Title") or like in the supermarket when the packaging changes: On the new title as a thumbnail the old one with the addition: "Reprint of:" - Just to avoid that one of your loyal readers thinks it's a new book, orders it and then gets annoyed because he already has it in the bookcase with a different cover.
