Has anyone at all gotten their revenue data updated? They posted on Facebook that it was done. Mine isn't. Still no data for last month or before. Most on facebook have said the same. Still have no idea what I'm owed.

No sales data and my books now showing pending. Ridiculous. I had a lot of books showing as pending. Support sent me an email saying something about it, I can't remember what it was now. But they were approved it was just something they were doing to make sure things were correct or something. Can't remember. But I did email them and now all my books are set correctly. The corrupt cover is fixed. The only things still not correct is no sales data as stated in the update on Facebook. Two books published 9 weeks ago still nowhere but Apple and or Barnes. I've asked about them three times. One response was they are in distribution. But no other sites have them at all. Haven't heard back from the other two emails. I have books appearing as out of stock or ebooks unavailable. Not sure how POD is out of stock. Or why the ebooks would not for sale. On my end the site is working fine just no delete/retire option or author text option. None of my book reviews are showing either. Most of this I can live with but I'd like my books to be selling on the one the sites as promised.

Just checked again still no revenue data. Many on FB are saying the same thing. Not sure why Paul or whoever wrote the update would say it's all there. At least the last two months. It's only 2 days till payday I'd like to know 100 percent sure what I'm owed.

Although I can still login to my account, my sales & revenue data is still completely missing. Bizarrely, so are all my personal details (e.g. name, address, phone etc.) which are all completely a blank.
I was going to order a few more books (to sell locally) but, given that my whole account is screwed, I backed out without placing the order.

It's about the only thing that appears to work perfectly.

So, why would I even risk paying them money for a book order when even my personal details have been lost (name, address etc.)? Goodness knows what might turn up if I were to place an order. No way! Sorry. Lulu will be lucky to survive in business unless they fix these issues double-quick. Some people have suggested they revert to the old platform (which worked!) but that seems unlikely since the two systems will have surely "forked" since the new one went live.

Until Lulu migrates everyone's data (completely, accurately and 100%), they are staring into bankruptcy. As chairman of a local history society (we have numerous publications on Lulu), I am already making contingency plans to move everything to another provider,

But then again they said all revenue was to be reported by last Friday. So I never know what to believe. I got paid on time last month but without a report I don't know if it's right or not.
