I'm sure all of you remember the old days when we got our report it told us exactly where our books were sold. There was also a nice pie chart there I found very useful as it told what type of book was selling best where. It seems Lulu thought it best to remove all of this. Getting even more "generic." I wrote them and heard back in two days. I was told to list my complaint or feedback at the link below which I did. I find those two features should not have been removed. My opinion the entire site should have been left alone or at least perfected before releasing a total disaster. After four months my last two books are showing signs of being listed for sale. Still no sign of the paperback... Anyway here is the email I got from support. A link is there if you have any feed back, which I am sure many do.

At this time, Ingram is listed as the point of sale because they are the network that reports those sales in bulk to us at the end of the month.
