Is anyone else still having this problem. I was trying to access my account settings and I noticed the password there was too long because my password was shorter. Anyway I clicked "update sign in information" and put in the correct password. However it stayed the same, the difference now was when i signed into Lulu I had to click on password and only when it turned red would it allow me to sign in. It's still that way.

Lulu's site is worse than ever. It worked just fine before. It looked better, worked better, and easier to use. The spotlights are terrible. No way to add anything about yourself. Instead of a tab to see more of your books, you click more and then have to scroll over all of the books you just looked at to get to the new ones. Books still missing, new one got added now it's missing. Support doesn't answer. I just stopped trying. I've had no problem with the log in page. Sometimes it does give the message, but that's if you don't solve the stupid puzzle thing to show you're not a bot. Many sites are using that now, it's irritating.
