After four months of troubleshooting, I thought that I had finally gotten everything straightened out with the migration bugs... and today when I looked at my projects, 11 of my EPUB titles have been rejected for distribution. I haven't touched them since before the migration and they have been in distribution for years. I am not seeing anything wrong in the files. They look fine to me... How can I find out what's wrong with them? Help!

Oh, Carolyn, I'm so sorry for you. Advising you here is difficult. I guess your EPUB was rejected by some algorithm. Fill out the form. 11 times. For each book. Always with the project number. With copy paste it's relatively quick. You can also assume that it is the same problem eleven times and report one book first. As you wish.
If you're unlucky, you'll get an automatic reply within seconds or minutes that the ticket is closed (this was introduced when support was flooded with tickets. I don't know if this is still the case). Then you just click on Replay. Eleven times with the same standard sentence: Please reopen, the problem still exists. Then someone will get back to you. A person who looks at each book individually. I hope this will solve the problem within a reasonable time. It would be nice if you could report back at the end.

Just my personal experience.... At the bottom of that support page there is a link which says "chat with us". I found this to be the easiest and quickest way to get something sorted. Bear in mind they are based in the USA, so if you are in a different country don`t try it when they are asleep

It appears to be something on Lulu's end. They are going to fix it:
"We are aware that a system error in our publishing process resulted in ebooks created from a DOCX file to exclude the cover file uploaded while publishing. We’ve corrected this problem, and we’re working on fixing this issue for all users who submitted an ebook to our distribution service during the last three months."

What were Lulu thinking to replace software that worked, but perhaps needed updating, with something totally new that does not work!
