Or is it just mine? I noticed a few urls I'd used online for my books were coming up as 'not found' a couple of days ago, and had to hunt around in my projects to get urls that worked properly. Today I see all my cover pics have gone long and thin again? Is it just me or are others experiencing this?

Well with 21 views but nobody commenting this presumably isn't affecting everyone but, strangely, having sent a query to support the email I got back, while automated, wasn't the sort recently received, but one harking back to apologising for the nature of the upgrade! So I suspect something is going on, or something is going slightly awry. They've started reintroducing calendars, and the new cover wizard is meant to be here this month, so maybe things will be a bit cronky for some of us until that's all bedded in properly? I have also gone from between four to ten sales a day to precisely zero two days running, which is possibly weird too.

As far as cover thumbnails and such, everything in this neck of the woods seems normal. Non-Lulu sales aren't posted yet though, it seems.

Thanks, so it's just me by the look of it? If I click on any book in My projects I don't get the book page, I'm inside the book creator as though I'm trying to revise the title. And three days on I still haven't sold anything, when that hasn't happened for months and even then it's only ever a quiet single day, then back to normal. Either people are put off by seeing weird stretchy covers, or my account simply isn't working normally, so sales aren't showing. Either way, fairly strange.

Yes, clicking on a book title in your projects list takes you to the creator tools. Subsequently clicking on DESIGN then scrolling down to near the bottom you can see how you cover truly looks. If you go to your Account page and click on a title in your order history, that will take you to your book's page as seen in the Bookstore.
If you simply go to the Bookstore and do a search on the author name, al of your book thumbnails should appear. Mine appear normal.

I have had a reply from Lulu who have their development lot looking at it. Everything looks fine on Chrome but Safari and Edge are affected. It was the same thing when the upgrade first created various problems. The covers looked stretched for weeks then.

I use an android with an ancient browser, so I figure it's a compatibility thing. Aaaand... they're fixed now.

All of Lulu became invisible with my old Android and it's browser last April 25. It disappeared from my old IE on Win7 too. Firefox works. Doesn't it seem that wide-use websites should be as non-browser sensitive as possible? Any browser on any platform should work, one would hope.

It is fixed now, which is great. They identified it as mainly a Safari and Edge problem, but I asked all my facebook friends to try out the same url, and see what happened, and to mention which browser was okay. Chrome and Firefox fared best, but people with apple phones found Chrome showed them all stretchy, and MacBook Pro didn't even load the page. It's not going to impress our potential customers if that is what they encounter when following a purchase link.

www.lulu.com/ does not load with either InternetExplorer 10 on Win7 or my old Android browser. I doubt if they ever will. Thank goodness for Firefox!
