I have just revised Histoires en philippin, the process went over smoothly enough given the awkward organisation of the new system. I even could even download a ZIP of the machine-ready file processed by Lulu, and see it was the right one. A new problem has cropped up, though. Fifteen minutes after I have finished, I still can't order a copy because it takes more time than expected.

Oui. I got that message when I recently revised two projects. Not to worry. It went through for me fine. Just log back in to Lulu in an hour or two and it will be finished. Then you can get your proofs.

Yesterday, at midnight it was still impossible to order a copy. I opened my computer this morning at about 10 o'clock and went to the Lulu site. The book was ready for sale. In the previous version it took a couple of minutes, now it takes several hours. What is going on?

I expect you had to wait such a long time because your book has many more pages than mine . However I agree the old Lulu was definitely faster.
