Nowhere yet. I asked the same question of Support, and was advised (by a human being, Julia, I think her name was) that "it's coming". She was most apologetic for the transfer stuff up, but had fixed the problems I had with my books, so it's now a waiting game for me. I even had some revenue reported from July so, hey, tiny steps  . |
