Hello. I've published 7 books in total, and my first two were through Lulu, back in 2012. I got Global Distribution for both of them. Recently, somebody I know bought the paperback of one of those two on Amazon, got it in the mail days ago, and still that sale isn't showing up on my Sales & Payments section. This was never an issue years ago. I contacted Lulu about this two days ago and still no reply. How long does it normally take to get a reply from them, and has anyone experienced this before, where Lulu gips an author for making a sale through a second vendor rather than through Lulu directly?
Thanks.

FWIW, my August Amazon sales have not shown up on Lulu's report.

Well, in my case, it's not even showing up as unpaid. Could it be because it was just bought on Amazon on September 17th and needs more time?

Yes. If history is any guide, it should show up on your Lulu account mid-October as a sale which occurred on September 30. (Non-Lulu sales post as of the last day of the month. Lulu sales post as of the day of sale.)
But things do still seem a bit wonky with Lulu's April upgrade. They appear to be tweaking things every couple of weeks.

BTW, I think we can rely on Lulu to get the $ issues straight, eventually. They are not in the business of ripping people off. They just seem to still have their hands full with the botched system upgrade. I am confident it will all get straightened up in time.

Amazon transfers your earnings to Lulu only once a minimum has been reached. It used to be US$5.

Some August Amazon sales have posted, but not all. Interesting...
I noticed that the list of sales displayed under Sales and Payments is no longer listed chronologically. My August sales are found between June and May!
Download the CSV file into Excel then sort by date. That will reveal at least some of your missing sales.

September's sales showed up circa 16 October, located between July and August in the display, if memory serves.
