Just wanted to update the cover to one of my books and found out they want a PDF. So I saved the PDD to PDF and it's a whopping 225MB which so far has taken over 15mins to upload (it's still in progress). A PDF makes no sense, why not stick with JPEG or PNG. Smaller and easier. Sigh.

I suppose it saves Lulu turning it in to a Print Ready PDF. But I have no idea why they removed the original Cover Designer. It was easy to use. Just two jpgs, and that was it.

I fear the day when I'll have to create the cover of my next title with their new system.

I'm not entirely sure either why Lulu changed this either. Now I have to get my cover designers to provide me with JPG and a PDF of all my book covers.
