Since Lulu's badly planned new change, sales are again plummeting. I publish both paperback and ebook versions of my books. The latter make up most of my sales and now that Lulu has chosen to change the Amazon stream for distribution, my sales have gone way down. No one is buying the paperbacks. I myself prefer paperback over ebook any day, but most people now days go the opposite direction. So sales are once again crashing because of Lulu's badly timed changes. Seems to me they would understand this is Q4, the quarter when most people make the most sales. Not having our books up is causing us to miss out on the biggest time of the year for sales. And that cuts into their profits too.

Now my thoughts that Lulu will go under have returned. I wonder how many people they have lost.

Actually, I had my best sales returns for a long time in September. These were mostly ebooks and mostly sold in France. I'm unsure why. Maybe it was a book club. It's still a mess regarding my books on Amazon, but most have now reappeared, although some paperbacks look like they have duplicated. Still no response from my query to Lulu.

Reply --- " It's alright not to respond I was just texting you to exercise my fingers." "You can love them, forgive them, and still move on without them." "Silence is as good an answer as words--the lack of response is your answer---move on." So many will move on from Lulu. They were such a good self-publishing site but then came the update and ---------sigh!

My sales are terrible at the moment. The rankings I do have left are really bad. The ebooks have no rankings now thanks to Lulu's mess up. Dread seeing next month's report. Yes I loved Lulu before. When that update came it was nothing but problems and ever since. They lost so many people and now are losing again. Common sense should have let them realize to do updates over time and not all at once. Still no response from support on my missing books. But that's Ok Amazon has fixed each and everyone I asked them about. Took them only overnight to do it. Under my other pen name I'm missing a few but those don't sell so I can wait. The others are losing sales since they were missing but they are fixed now finally. If you watch their videos on Youtube, they act like nothing ever happened and everything is hunky dorry.

True JesusNinja, I used to watch their videos and always gave Lulu posts a "like" and a "share" on Facebook-----now no more!
