Yep, mine are all gone from Scribd, now, too! And they were all there when this mess started last Monday. Just great!

Lulu used to be a very professional company. You'd hear back in one or two days. Their upgrade thing could have waited until they had it perfected and then small updates over time like any other company does. They are killing our sales this month.

I agree. I used to love working with LuLu. But ever since they changed their entire website back all those months ago, they could care less about us. I, too, contacted them about the missing books from Scribd. But we shouldn't have to! THEY should have been contacting US and telling us what they were doing. How stupid is it to NOT be preemptive but instead have to field hundreds of pissed off emails from authors demanding to know where their books are? Unbelievable.

I agree. I just happened to be looking for something else on the site and saw the link about the new distributor..If I hadn't been I would not have known what's going on. But on the good side of things, Amazon just added the last of five missing ebooks back to their paperback versions. It only took them one day to do so. They told me the rankings and reviews might take four to five days to show up. So I'll know next week if they come back.

It's true, I too thought Lulu was the best. What is so annoying is that now they have just taken away live contact. It used to be on this page help.lulu.com/s/contactsupport?language=en_US and you got to talk to a real Lulu person. Now it's gone and we all know how long Lulu takes to respond to emails. Sigh!

More lies from LuLu - my books have ALWAYS been on Scribd. When I asked LuLu why all of a sudden they had disappeared this week I was told today that I had never checked the "Other Distributors Revenue" box in the pricing section. Sure enough, when I went and checked tonight, all of the boxes on all of my books had been unchecked. Yet another screw up from LuLu that they won't admit to. So if your books are gone from Scribd, go into your LuLu account and see if your Other Distributors box has mysteriously been unchecked, too.
