When you put that address into google you are not taken straight to Ingram Spark info, but ingram is the first in the list that google offers. However I think you are right about clicking the link. Looks like a definite scam. Thanks for the warning tas.

ingramcontent.com is from the Ingram group, but the sender address may be fake.
Anyway, as an Ingram customer I did not receive such an email. If you are unsure, then go to the page you think is your Ingram main page (I guess ingramspark.com). Do not follow a link, type in by hand. There you can log in. If there is something there, it is deposited in your account.

It's phishing in order to get user details. Check the sender's email address: <ingramspark @ info . ingramcontent . com>
Official email from IS will be from @ingramcontent.com without the extra < info. >.

As someone who gets a lot of phishing attempts, I offer some advice. 1. Never ever click on email links. Copy and paste the link and see where it goes and if it does need something done there log into the site itself. 2. If you hover the mouse cursor over the link you should the true address to the link at the bottom of the browser. At least with Firefox Mozilla. You can also use this trick hovering the mouse cursor over the sender's email address at the top of the email. My Stepmom click on a link and a popup rose up. Then she was told to call the number. They ended up getting her info including banking number and SS number. If you're only distributing your books through Lulu, then no one but them will contact you for anything. Not sure how they got your address. Might have been off some other book site maybe?

Yes Cameron , they do the same with Paypal and Amazon to me. I never click the link and report it as scam.

If you are unsure, then go to the page you think is your Ingram main page (I guess ingramspark.com). Do not follow a link, type in by hand. There you can log in. If there is something there, it is deposited in your account. I did as described above: 1. I typed into my browser on my own "ingramspark.com" 2. I was redirected to myaccount.ingramspark.com as usually 3. I have logged in there 4. First of all, the information from Larika about the three changed conditions to be accepted appeared immediately Then I tested what was in Larika's mail: 1. I went to "ingramcontent.com" 2. I clicked on "login" 3. A selection menu appeared with the different services of Ingram (Bookshelf®, CoreSource®, IngramSpark®, ipage®, Lightning Source®). Each selection leads directly to the corresponding homepage. Only there you can log in. All in all: attentive, critical, careful. But in this case no spam. I have an account with IngramSpark. How it is with Larika, I do not know. Maybe it is worthwhile to log in with "Forgotten password" and "Forgotten username"? (I can roughly guess from the username when the account was created).
