I posted a graphic before of Lulu's message about the new distribution channels. The only way I found it was by accident. I saw when I clicked on the contact support. Over to the right is a list of links. At the top is why books are missing. As I said who in the world would see that unless they were already contacting support? Everyone else would be totally in the dark. Was an email really that difficult or too much to ask for? Anyway here is the link:

Too true JesusNinja. Also they have done away with live contact, which used to be on the bottom right of that page. Don't forget folk they will send you an automatic email saying that they will presume that what they've sent you will resolve your problem-----it won't. Reply and tell them the query hasn't been solved. Then I'm afraid you will have to wait for ages for a response. It will come but requires a lot of patience. I expect they are inundated with questions from unhappy people. They brought this on themselves with their disastrous update.

They actually addressed a support case of mine within 3 days this week. Things are getting better, though it seems it's three steps forward and two steps back. Today is Friday. I wonder what changes are in store today?

We all know that larika is very satisfied with Mybestseller.com and their customer service. I took a closer look at StreetLib.com after Maggie's tip and now I get messages from them. Not without pride they wrote me yesterday:
benziger I haven't yet made a book in MyBestSeller but tasmanianartist has. She speaks very highly of the self-publishing site. My next book is a novel and I'm seriously considering going with MyBestSeller.

I've sent five emails and only the first one has been responded too. About a month since I sent it. Nothing on the rest. Now all of my books on Lulu's site have lost the cover icons. The author page just contains a bunch of broken icon links. No cover icons at all. Who's going to buy from a site like that. Not that they do anyway. It's mostly Amazon, Scribd, and Apple.

In the meantime Streetlib remains the best distributor I have used in 16 years. Top notch. Their world was falling apart due to covid, people dropping like flies and they kept it together.
