Before the updated site, our books were on Amazon within usually two week. Paperbacks within one month. I remember they would be on Apple in one week. My last two books have been out one month now and nowhere in site but Lulu. Is anyone else had having this problem? It is no telling the money Lulu has lost due to this update with losing authors and now sales due to books disappearing off websites and taking forever to get them listed. I want to stay loyal but taking one month to respond to support requests and getting books listed is ridiculous.

Would someone know how to prevent Amazon and others from placing LSI orders ?
(I checked Lulu distribution, only; yet LSI orders just showed up.)

Would someone know how to prevent Amazon and others from placing LSI orders ? (I checked Lulu distribution, only; yet LSI orders just showed up.) It is still an annoyance for me. Plus, the buyer ends up paying twice as much for the book, and I get nothing. What sort of a formula is it that LSI charges $15.00 for the "service" of placing an order on someone's behalf and I don't even get 50 cents ?
I jacked up the EU, GB, AU prices to the ridicolous. Do I need to price every book $100.00 ? What happened to the Lulu-discount price ?
