I keep checking but it's gotten me nowhere. On Scribd three books appeared but they are the latest three books. The five that sell the most are still not there. On Kobos there is still nothing. Only one support response for six emails sent. On Amazon I lost books and through "Amazon's' help got them back. But in return I lost rankings, reviews, and now sales. I'm beginning to think this is hopeless. If Lulu is so overwhelmed, maybe hired more people. There are plenty of people out there looking for work...They keep sending me emails "Create Something Special." What good does that do if they can't even get the books online for sell? I know I'm sounding like a broken record here, but I'm not alone. I may just have to lose half of my books and take the rest to KDP. At least there you get answers and problems are solved.

JesusNinja, I'm so sorry you are having these problems. I hope they will soon be resolved. On a happier note, I was talking with my son yesterday and I asked if he'd read your book. He said that he had and that he'd really enjoyed it.

After all these endless weeks and ALL of my books are STILL missing from Kobo and only ONE out of 13 has been relisted on Scribd. I am so utterly disgusted with Lulu. All they do is post on Facebook and Twitter and could care less they've decimated our sales and our income. I can't WAIT to leave them next year and go to KDP.

I don't understand how Lulu that was so quick and efficient at spreading our books to the major distributors (Amazon, Barnes & Noble, etc.) is now so slow and hard to handle. I am sure the difficulties we come across as authors are echoed by other difficulties on the commercial front. Possibly some distributors have stopped worrying about the Lulu production because of the many odd changes and because of various impedimenta set up in the new system.

What did he like about it to be curious?

Jamie I've written them six times and gotten only one response. The one I got said there was no reason for them missing. I told them here are the ISBN's , go look. I also told them the others on the forum here had the same problem. I told that person that we are losing money each and it's now been at least six week. Finally did see three books appear on Scrib but it was my last three I published. The better selling ones are still not there on Scribd or Kobos. I had to contact Amazon about the missing books there. I was lucky enough to reach good support and they put the missing books back up. But in return I lost my reviews and rankings. Now those books are no longer selling. This update at Lulu is a total disgrace. I'd be ashamed to run a company this way. And would have been smart enough to make sure the site worked and contained everything needed before I replaced the old one. Just plain old common sense.

When they did away with the Coresourse with is Ingram that is when our books started missing. I think they were listed through this method. And now Lulu is rushing to do this by hand. I was told the the automatic listing system was fixed. I think they are lying to cover their butts. Why else would it take so long to add a book to a site? Just to add something here, when your book loses its rankings this will put the book further back during searches. I used to be able to find my books by searching for Kung fu. At least in the first six pages. The ranking then averaged in the 100k. Now the best selling one is over 1.5 million. It will never be found now and is losing sales badly.

They are on Youtube.com as well. Everything is great in Lulu land. Don't worry it's safe here. I asked them there where my books are, they never answered.

You frustration and anger is understood and justified. I fail to understand why Lulu's hands seem to be so tied! This is nuts! It is 7 months tomorrow!

I really wished these people at Lulu had to make it on a limited income and relied on books sales along with their pay checks. I told them that in my email. If my books are not online they are not selling. I make no money. No money no bills paid! Sigh....One of those times I wished it were like Game of Thrones, I'd go down there and take my throne

My son is still in touch with his Master in the UK and when he visits England he always goes to see him. Gary's Master was a great influence in his life.

The book has many mistakes on the interior. I've reread and it needs revision. But so glad he enjoyed. The book is under a pen name of course. But the stories in it are all true. Kind of an fictionalized account of my training with my Master/Sifu. Thank you again Larika.
