I think Chelsea(she has a high pitched voice) and Paul do a good job explaining how to self publish on the updated Lulu. I do find Chelsea's voice rather difficult to listen to but she knows her stuff. Most of the video consists of Paul explaining how to make a book. He has a pleasant voice. www.youtube.com/watch?v=FYkK3LmMyhk

Yes their videos are good. But I'd much rather Lulu spent more time addressing the issues we are having. No one is going to publish more books the way things are. I am having more and more people tell me they are leaving Lulu. I can't blame them. I mean two months to address my issues or requests. I had to beg Amazon to put my books back up but still lost the rankings and reviews. That put my books further back in the searches. They were doing well. Now no sales at all. Waiting for Amazon to get back to me on replacing the rankings for me. I'm still waiting over two months now for Lulu to respond to my requests. Books are still not on Kobos,Scribd. Paperback still not on Amazon after two months and the kindle is missing from Barnes same time period. The videos are entertaining but they would be much better spent telling their customers what's going on and how soon it will be fixed.

That's a good idea benziger A couple of days ago I messaged Paul about free eBooks and he hasn't responded. Maybe either Chelsea, Lauren or Paul will reply if you put that comment under the video JesusNinja PS I love that bizzley has taught me how to tag. THANK YOU @bizzley.

JesusNinja , maybe you write just this comment under the video. Probably the answer will come soon. I did write a comment under one of their latest videos. Asking where my books were and why no one is answering. I got a cheerful reply that there was a glitch and books would return soon. Two months now still not fixed. It wasn't a glitch I don't think. They removed Coresource as the online distributor through Ingrams. Only the main sites are now being used. The link I found on the site said books might be missing for two weeks while they moved things over. Two weeks turned into two months. No responses , no changes. The missing books on Amazon I got fixed by contacting their support which got back to me under 24 hours. The books returned but I lost my reviews and rankings. Those are very important getting your book found when someone searches for a certain topic. Amazon has attempted to fix that but so far nothing. Since then neither of the books has sold a single copy. One was my best selling book.
