It's so unfortunate that Lulu have removed live chat. It does return from time to time however so I keep checking. Remember folk that Lulu is in North Carolina. Also you will get an automatic response from Lulu thinking that by giving you details of the site they assume your problem has been solved. If it has fine, but more likely you will have to reply saying more help needed.

Good luck with that. Eight emails sent to Lulu support. Two months still waiting for response. Books still missing from two or three sites Paperback still not Amazon and Q4 will be over soon. Sorry to sound negative but it's gotten ridiculous and nothing is fixed and losing money day by day.

Use the channels that Lulu uses to shine. But only use the channels that are not under Lulu's control.
- Example 1: on Facebook, Lulu writes great things about herself, but Lulu can delete your comments - > inappropriate
- Example 2: Paul and Chelsea publish exciting videos on YouTube. Take up the thread in a commentary and in the second sentence you drift to your problem or the non-answer. This is embarrassing for Lulu and there are (at least for now) regular replies. -> It is to be expected that people will take care of it immediately.

I believe they respond at the Better Business Bureau online as well.

Ninja, when you say your books are not on Amazon what exactly do you mean? What would prompt someone to look for one of your books on Amazon? By losing money, don’t you mean not making money?

He is a ninja and a Jesus ninja, in actual fact. He has many black belts in all kinds of self defense techniques. He is a Master. Just thought you might enjoy that tidbit of information while you wait for your answer.

Ninja, when you say your books are not on Amazon what exactly do you mean? What would prompt someone to look for one of your books on Amazon? By losing money, don’t you mean not making money? It's actually very simple. Lulu lists our books on Amazon. They say it's takes 2 to 4 weeks for ebook, 6 to 8 weeks for paperback books to appear. By then your book should be listed in all sites. It's been two months my book still is not listed on Amazon. If it is not there , it does not sell. And it will sell. Hence I'm losing money. November, December, and January, are considered Q4. Most people who research marketing and strategy for selling books understand that is the most important time for getting books listed and advertising because of the Christmas season. January because of gift cards given as presents. How do I know that it would sell? Because all of my martial arts books sell. The pen name I write under is my "brand" and that brand sells for me. Another reason I'm losing money is Lulu had a "glitch" that made our book suddenly not appear on various websites such as Scribd and Kobos. I still have six books that have not been listed on those sites for over two months. These books do sell, so I'm losing money. Two months worth. I'm not the only with books missing. There are others. That's how I found out about it. I've contacted Lulu eight times only one response. I gave them the ISBN's and the sites involved. Nothing.
To answer your second question, no I'm losing money. Because I make a consistent amount each month. If my books are missing then they aren't selling. I'm "losing" money that I should have made. As for the newest two books that would have hopefully increased my earnings this Christmas but Lulu messed that up. I do know they haven't even listed it yet as I contacted Amazon with the ISBN they said they hadn't seen it. So Lulu is at fault there not Amazon. I had books missing from Amazon for two weeks before I found out about it. So again possible sales gone.
By the way Maggie, the book you recently helped me with on the cover, it just got a five star rating on Amazon. Not selling great but it is selling

Not selling great but it is selling Jesus Ninja, the British sometimes have trouble understanding North American colloquialisms. The word "lose" is at issue here. He is suggesting you are making an error in its use because you cannot lose something you do not have. Therefore he corrected you with the phrase "not make money." However, your use of the word in North America is correct.

Ah Ok Maggie. No problem. I'm just irritated about the updates, missing books, and no communication on Lulu support. Not to mention the Ninja killing and raping in the Congo
