I finally heard back today. Below is the progress and reasons given for the books missing and what is being done. Just thought I'd put it here for others that have the same problem and maybe have not heard back.
Hello again,
I am sorry for the ongoing issues here with your books.
I have reached out directly to Amazon regarding 5555555555. There have been cases recently where a book will be marked as Suppressed in their system without any rejection reason given, and then when we ask them to investigate, they are able to get it listed. I will let you know once I have more information from Amazon.
For the ebook, it gets more complicated. A little while back, B&N had a large data breach, and they turned off ingestion of digital content while they cleaned everything up on their end. From their last communication I saw, things should be moving back to normal very soon. For Apple, it looks like the book did not successfully process to their system, but we have no reason given, so I am investigating that issue.
However, it does look like things are good on Kobo and Scribd at the moment.
The two links provided did show the books at the above sites.
That is what I have for these two at this time. I am going to do a dive into your other books to update those, and I will let you know when I have more information regarding other affected books.
Kind regards,
Drew L. Lulu Press, Inc.
I have to admit after eight emails, close to cursing and threatening to leave Lulu, this was a very kind considerate response. This person Drew has always had the same attitude. It's just taken forever to get back to me. Guess they are still swamped.

I’m pleased to see that you’ve had a response.
I wonder whether or not the COVID restrictions on people are affecting things in the US. They certainly are affecting many organizations, private and government, in the UK with lots of staff forced to work from home. One Veterans org has delays of nearly a year in handling enquirers.

I have to agree that Covid is slowing some things down. But lulu is able to do everything from home since it's all online. The site update is causing most of the problems. It was supposed to be two days. That turned into almost eight months. Many people lost books, had corrupt books, couldn't use the cover wizard any longer. Then Coresource was eliminated. So I'm sure many books were being listed again by hand. But I know that Apple,Barnes, have warnings that people are working at home and shipping is slowed down. So a combination of both but mostly Lulu's update that still has bugs in it.

As of this morning, all of my books are back on Kobo, but only ONE out of 12 are back on Scribd. I'm still so angry that my books have been gone from there for an entire month now and Lulu could care less.

Just checked mine. I still have the same six books missing from both sites. Amazon still hasn't replaced the lost ranks and reviews I had when Lulu lost my books. My income this month was less than one third of what it should have been. Q4 is the best time to sell and we missed it due to this screwup.

My income this month was less than one third of what it should have been. Q4 is the best time to sell and we missed it due to this screwup. What kind of contract did you sign with Lulu? Best effort? Or with a penalty clause? Louis Favre, the builder of the Gotthard tunnel, the longest railway tunnel in the world at the time, promised in the contract of 7 August 1872 a construction period of eight years instead of nine of the closest bids, as well as a bid price of 56 million francs, which was 12½ million francs cheaper. If the construction time was shorter, he was promised a bonus of 5000 francs per day; if the construction time was delayed, Favre would have to pay a penalty of 5000 francs as well. In case of a delay of more than six months, the penalty would increase to 10,000 francs per day. The promised eight-year construction period was delayed by ten months. Planning and construction are nevertheless considered a technical masterpiece by the standards of the time.

Benziger, The answer to your question is simple. Lulu Press Inc.'s Terms of Service: www.lulu.com/terms-and-conditionsThe relevant passage: "LULU MAKES NO COMMITMENT, WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE THAT THE SITE WILL OPERATE IN A TIMELY, UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE MANNER, OR THAT THE SITE WILL MEET USER’S PURPOSES. Lulu may in its discretion modify the features, availability, operation and/or look and feel of the Site from time to time without notice to our users." In essence any loss of business experienced by the user is on the user as Lulu Press is not liable for disruptions regardless of the reason. While reading the legalese can be dry and boring, it does let you know whether or not a corporation values you as a client.

Per Lulu Press Inc.'s Terms: "You agree that we shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any elimination or discontinuation of any content on or feature of the Site; or any change in any fees or charges for use of the Site."
That could be construed as take it or leave it.
"Warm regards" by Lulu Press isn't quite what it seems.
