When I tried to respond to the automated email which was sent after I'd filled in the form, I got this "Undeliverable: Re: Lulu Support Case 02601509: [ ref:_00D506zQ6._5002J1OlHys:ref ] 14:56" PS I tried it several times and got the same response. So now the form is useless. help.lulu.com/s/contactsupport?language=en_US

Server might be down. Or they may have it shut down for "upgrades" LOL.

Avccording to this website www.isitdownrightnow.com/lulu.com.html "If lulu.com is down for us too there is nothing you can do except waiting. Probably the server is overloaded, down or unreachable because of a network problem, outage or a website maintenance is in progress..." However they say at the beginning, "Lulu.com is UP and reachable by us." I think at this time they just don't want to respond to our queries.

That was already the case in early summer. After a few days - I had already feared that Lulu was finally off the market - it worked again.
