As Paul had siad in his and Chelsea's video about making a book and also being able to make a free eBook, I asked him the following.

I think we can no longer make a free eBook on the updated Lulu. The cheapest is $.99. In the video Paul mentioned that we can make a free eBook. Please explain how? I've tried and can't do it.
I have had no response from either Paul or Lulu yet. However I did get this comment.
