Goodness knows why it took over 15 years to sort their website out. When the defects had been pointed out numerous times and it was obvious the lack of skills in the company.

I guess it's all a matter of perspective, huh? Paul does marketing to be sure. I have to admit it does take some skill to describe in a positive way an effed up upgrade [labeled as a "couple of issues"] and fixes rolling out as slow as molasses running uphill on a freezing day [termed "features released at an incredible pace"].
