Well done Larika. Everyone should read this Knowledge Base from Start to Finish. In my opinion they offer everything anyone could wish for in publishing eBooks and also print copies. I tried the online conversion thing for my word document
Sadly, my book is very complex with photos and tables etc - and it made a mess of it. I think an automated conversion took only works reliably with straightforward books.
However, I would be interested if they could offer a good service for printed books that rivals or betters that of Lulu.

Fed up is not the word I'd choose but yeah I'm getting there. All the hard work I put into the last book , then waiting over two months for it to show up and now the ebook is gone? Still six books missing from Kobos and Scribd. Eight emails to support only two answers months apart. Lulu used to be so good. Easy to look at site, easy to use, a forum, and now it's total crap. Not sure who's running the thing but bad decisions all down the line. Not publishing another thing with them till everything is fixed. I told dad I might just deactivate my account and move on. It's no way to run a business. Dale at self publishing did a stream on Youtube about the site you listed. I think he liked it too.
