Streetlib though does charge for storage. You get 5 megs for free but after that they charge to store your files. That's why I decided not to go with them. If your books don't sell you'd lose money.

If I understand it well, they charge for >5MB at "Write" ( writeapp.io), a place to edit, complete and store, but not at "EBOOKS", nor "AUDIOBOOKS".

Looks like a great book Adrian! I love Paul McCartney and Wings. Not so much the Beatles but Paul on his is awesome! Best of luck with the book. I may try to order a copy later on. Kind of broke at the moment but I checked out the site and the book looks really nice and professional. Maybe this Summer I can get it. thanks for your kind words. If you ever want a copy, send me a pm and I will do it at a good price. Happy to support fellow authors. I was lucky in this book to have contact with two musicians who were in Wings and lots of fans sent me their stories, which I hope lends the book a personal touch. None of these contacts could have been achieved without the internet and the power of social media (used in a positive way this time, I hope).

When I signed up for Streetlib, I looked at the dashboard. It said 5megs free storage. Charges after that. That's why I didn't go back. I spoke to the one overseas and in the U.S.A. I liked it just not paying for storage. I might be mistaken but pretty sure that what it said there.

Benziger clarified that it's only if you use their software to write and store your books in progress. I have not been asked to pay anything, ever.

As I said I may have misread it when I was there. I still have the account. I may go back and look again. It seems Lulu is never going to get my books back onto Scribd, Barnes, or Kobos. The new ebook is missing everywhere. Sadly I didn't back up a lot of my files and Lulu lost a lot of those when they made the changes so I can't download them. The better sellers I do have I think and I can always redo the covers which is a good idea since I'm better now than when I started.

Your books will be on Amazon in a day, all other places in a week. Beyond amazing customer service. And they distribute to places Lulu never heard of. These places have millions of buyers and/or subscribers.

How do I go about this? Would I cancel the books on Lulu and get a different ISBN from Streetlib? I have over 50 books but only around 10 actually sell. Out of those it's my martial arts books that sell. I think I have backups of those interiors and covers would be easy to redo.

I'd say first thing for files you don't have download every file you can from Lulu. Once you've confirmed what you have, take them off Global Distribution so they go unavailable at outlets faster. You can retire them later.
Second, get them ready to upload to Amazon's KDP as no ISBN is required, and choose to only distribute on Amazon. Amazon has a distribution thing as well, but it cuts into what you'll make. Remove the Lulu ISBN before you upload.
Third, get ready to upload on Streetlib. Maggie should know if they offer ISBNs.

Actually, I couldn't remember; I just looked it up. It says leave the ISBN slot empty and they will assign one to your book. As in, they do everything. And, if you put your age in your profile so that they know you are over 18, they will send you a beautiful bottle of olive oil and random gifts. Lovely people.

I was chatting with the head person for Streetlib in Italy. She said their section did both paperback and ebooks. But the U.S.A. side only did ebooks. From the way it looks on the site I think that is correct. But she said they were adding paperback soon.
Cameron that does sound good. Most of my sales come from Amazon. But I do sell a bit on Scribd, and Apple. I'd lose sales going only KDP. Plus Amazon doesn't pay by PayPal. Streetlib does. So may go that route. I just prefer Paypal. That's why I chose Lulu in the first place. If I'd know all this crap was going to happen I'd just gutted it out and went Amazon.

Millions of readers around the world who don't use Amazon. Streetlight distributes items to KDP as well. Within the day. I have been around this particular block. Streetlib sells better than all of them, including draft2digital and KDP. And they keep adding outlets. Even in Asia.
