Sorry to have been out of the loop for so long...the past month seems to have gone by in a gray mist...

All good, and fairly understandable.
Hopefully this year will be a better one despite the inauspicious start.

So I take the opportunity to express my wishes as well. Traditionally, one wishes all the best and good health here. When I look out of the window from my more-or-less self-isolation, I wish you the following: - Good health especially for the first half of the year (until two weeks after the second vaccination).
- All the best then especially for the second half (when life should normalize a bit again).
- Also a lot of inspiration, ideas and flexible fingers (for the time at home when writing - which should not be lacking).
A new New Card I made for another organisation - this year not with fireworks, as they were forbidden in many places, but with the sky with all the stars not obscured by other things. If you look well, you can also see the "Star of Bethlehem" ('Dad, you have to write the "Planet of Bethlehem", because that was not a star,' my son adds). Although mostly cloudy, we were twice lucky to observe the constellation of Jupiter and Saturn from the naked eye and with binoculars shortly after sunset, which this year around Christmas was visible once again for once (in 80 years then again...).

Welcome back from where ever! I was wondering what happened to you. Kevin has been missing a very long time too.

I was wondering what happened to you. Nothing. I have a bread and butter job. Then I have a family and a garden. Then I try to publish a book now and then. Actually, I also like to read a book once in a while. Then I'm the secretary (executive director) of a volunteer project. Over Christmas/New Year my wife worked a lot (in a system relevant job), there I was more nanny than anything else for two weeks half holiday, half home office.
And until yesterday my boss wanted five reports (I have to write them every year over Christmas).
So if I don't stop by every day or just read briefly and don't answer anything, I haven't forgotten you. Maybe I just set my priorities a little differently that day. Or went to sleep a little earlier. And finally, this is our forum, not my publication channel ;-)
