For a photo book I get Lulu's "Your file contains inks with high ink coverage requirements. Using Standard print for content with high ink coverage requirements may result in poor print quality. Please select Premium print or adjust your file to include lower ink coverage." There is a notice that the PDF file uploaded correctly. However, all of the subsequent choices: interior color, paper type, and binding are all marked "Option Not Available." The Interior Color choice has a note: "Photo Books use only Premium inks to provide the best coverage on the page."
Premium ink is fine with me, but the images (BW and color) cannot be changed. Any ideas on how to proceed?
Thanks, JBB

How do you create your images? How do you prepare them for print?
It may help to post a copy of your images here. (Use Reply rather than Quick Reply to see the Attach option).

I converted the original formats---.tif, .jpeg, .png, all flattened in Gimp---to eps using ImageMagick's "convert" command and used LaTeX to create the PDF to submit as my interior file. There is no warning notice about transparencies.
I've used LaTeX to create all of the print versions of my books. They are text, certainly, but generally contain a frontispiece as well as at least one other very small image. There's no "high ink coverage issue with mostly text files, but there's also been no issue with images and fonts properly embedded.
Attached is an image at 150 PPI from the book (a memorial for my younger daughter's cat, who lived to be 22 years old). The original images are all 300 PPI. There is no warning notice about insufficient resolution.

Are your images 600 dpi? Make them all 300 dpi. Don't use the Photobook binding. Just regular colour, perfect bound.

Thanks, Maggie. They are all 300 DPI, but I'll give the regular book route a try. (All my posts are moderated for the moment, so reply is delayed. Same for my reply to Ken.)
[UPDATE] Thanks again! Regular book with premium color and #80 paper did the trick. Haven't finished it off to see the result, but this is progress.
Still curious about why the photo book option doesn't work, but it's academic now unless there's some way to get a higher-quality product through the photo book route.
