Yesterday, at about 20:00, I uploaded the nth version of A Grammatical Pandect of Written Tagalog. By midnight, Lulu hadn't processed it yet to completion. Nor was it this morning (2021-02-05)! I uploaded the PDF again, and the project was quickly processed.
