I received this email from D2D.
"We are updating our terminology to reflect our shift from ebook-only distribution, to include the distribution of both digital and physical books. Where applicable, within our TOS, all references to “ebook(s)” have been replaced with “work(s).”
D2D includes print books. Give them a try. They have good support. After my attempt to communicate with Lulu it's such a nice change.
