Lulu refused to accept my password and I had to change it. This is the second time this has happened. Anyone else? Update It's happened again. Yesterday I wrote to Lulu asking about my Spotlight and I got the usual form email but included was this web page if I wanted to continue the query. visit: help.lulu.com/support/tickets/199240 Every time i tried to access that page Lulu wouldn't accept my email which just seconds ago they had accepted on the site. I will come out of Lulu and see if my password is still valid.
