Does anyone else have a nightmare logging into LULU. I logged in this morning ok and now ....... does not recognise my login details at all. Lulu is getting worse and worse

Yes - I am in the UK so it sounds like this is the issue. God knows why!

I have to log in several times before I get to log in. It is frustrating.

I've been having the same problem. Tried changing my password but same problem. I am in New Zealand.
