I also have problems with the log in page. I changed my password, but each time I log into Lulu the saved password that comes up in dots is wrong, and I have to manually re-enter it each time. I can't access the My Projects page anyway for the past two days, so logging in is pointless at the moment.

Appears my projects weren't gone after all. But you can imagine my anxiety like others still left in the dark. Clicking on projects has gone back to taking you to the create page. Whether this is good or bad who knows. My payee name finally shows up. Still have cover corrupted, and still no revenue showing. I still thinks it's rather unprofessional of Lulu to not respond to people. Even one personal email might have kept many customers there. But they wouldn't answer and people need to know where their income stands. Communication would have been the best thing but Lulu chose instead to ignore the cries and begs for mercy of it's authors who just wanted an answer. They could have kept a lot of accounts there and saved face. But it's all over YouTube, Facebook, and more that Lulu is not to be trusted. Even on their new video where Lulu announces their "new" site, they are getting bombarded with complaints. That is not going to look good for getting potential new customers. I love Lulu.com and never had any problems but they way they have handled this is inexcusable. Updates were cookie cut and pasted every three days. Would have been so bad to take five minutes to say, if you are experiencing this, please don't be anxious we are doing this, or that. We understand everyone's anger but we truly value you and ask to give us a little more patience. Anything like that would have been great. But looking at your account and seeing it messed up and not knowing if all your hard work is gone or not, you can imagine why people are so angry. Lulu has a lot of work to do getting people to trust them again. As Maggie said, a much better thing to do would be, do each update maybe each month. Instead of all at once. Even Blizzard Entertainment knows better than that.

I did not know that Lulu.com also had Youtube videos. Just visited their stream on YouTube. www.youtube.com/watch?v=6X50Tjyl4go The video actually involuntarily depicts the disaster: all things torn to shreds. And they announce it in the text with "Brace yourself!".

Hurray! I finally received a message from Lulu.com support. Just to tell me that they hope to respond very quickly to my request for help. I hesitate: cry or laugh? Viktoriya Laugh. No point in crying. And have a drink while you wait

I've changed my password at least thirty times and although able to access my account with hardly any data, I'm constantly faced with unrecognised password when trying to log on again. Beyond a joke now. hulsey: if you have (1) changed your password as Lulu suggested - I don't know why that would make a difference and it's probably rubbish - it appears to be necessary to wait a few seconds after entering your login credentials before hitting return. An other user (who told me this) waits until the little red notice that username is required. After that, it logs him in without fail. An other author with similar problems - he has the (2) password saved in the password manager - found out, that he has, after it autofills, to click on both, the email address field and the password field or it will error out.
Maybe one of this two hints works with you? Good luck!

I was asked to create a new password and I created a new one but it was the same word as before. However when I try to sign in, the saved password comes up(which is the same as the new one I'd just made. (It was saved when I first created the password) Anyway it always tells me that the saved password is the wrong password. (even though its the same as the new one I just created) I have to delete it and put in the same password and then it accepts it. It doesn't make sense to me, they are refusing the old password but accepting the new one but it is the same word----STRANGE.

Yes! What Benziger said: You have to click the mouse about three times on the "email" line to get it to turn red and float up out of the way so you can type. If you type too soon it will cut you off and leave an incomplete login.

Oh how I wish they would bring back the old Lulu. It was far superior to this monstrocity. On the old email you could just continue fom where you'd left off, this new one makes me re-fill in some of the things I had already written because they were wiped out. I had downloaded my PDF file but when I returned it had GONE and I had to download it again. I really don't like this new Lulu. I think I too may have to try another company. I really wanted to stay with Lulu but really this is intolerable. Every day on my facebook I hear complaints about this Lulu update. Are they listening? Lulu you have made a HUGE mistake.

Other companies are even harder. For KDP you have to take their template and resize it. For Ingram Spark you need a math degree to understand their reports. And, it took eight days to get a response for a ticket I raised. Just learn to work it. Try every day.

Beyond a joke now.
I agree hulsey, I was prepared to be patient but Lulu is taking too long to get it right.

Nevertheless I would listen to Maggie, because she has already published books with many companies. What she advises you to do - and above all the reasoning behind it - is based on a wealth of experience. It reminds me a little of the situation when you replace a device: a television, a computer, a coffee machine. In the beginning you keep pressing the wrong button because it's a little different than usual. Later you start to appreciate the new functions or the improvements.
I am confident that this will be the case with Lulu. It's annoying that this will probably not happen until mid/end summer or even autumn.

From what I have seen of the new Lulu site (the parts that are currently functional), I LIKE it! A LOT! The one-piece cover display is a HUGE improvement over the older one. I also like the way you can move from section to section in the creation process without having to go through the entire, mostly non-intuitive, clunky routine like the old system had. (Yes, once I got familiar with the old system it was fine, but it cost me a LOT of wasted money on needless proof copies before I got the system down - and I had to maintain notes regarding how to navigate it.) My chief issue is that the historical data is still not populated and I cannot fully trust any of it yet. But when they get things caught up to April 25, I suspect it will be a much more capable and intuitive system overall. That has to happen before any level of tru $t comes from me though, discounts or not.
