Other companies are even harder.
For KDP you have to take their template and resize it.
For Ingram Spark you need a math degree to understand their reports. And, it took eight days to get a response for a ticket I raised.
Just learn to work it. Try every day.
It reminds me a little of the situation when you replace a device: a television, a computer, a coffee machine. In the beginning you keep pressing the wrong button because it's a little different than usual. Later you start to appreciate the new functions or the improvements.
I am confident that this will be the case with Lulu. It's annoying that this will probably not happen until mid/end summer or even autumn.
Everything new is a nightmare. When I first joined Lulu what feels like a million years ago, I honestly did not even know how to print a PDF. My cousin Andrea came and installed a copy of Photoshop on my computer. It was so foreign and I spent hours trying every filter.
The funniest part of all is I spent four months looking at the Lulu link on Google afraid to click on it. I was afraid--(I've said this before but still beyond amusing to me now all internet seasoned) --yes, I was afraid that it was a porn site! Who calls a company Lulu? Sounds like a porn name.
Anyway, have courage; it is learnable.
