Good, but there will always be the problems of 1) the time difference, and 2) that of spoken US English if one, like me, is not a native speaker. Written communication is the only one that is universal.

Perhaps they have multilingual people working the help desk?
Many, many companies do.
They might even talk Dixie AND Yankee!

Tybed a ydyn nhw'n siarad Cymraeg? Must be from Blackadder. Anyone remember the famous scene? Blackadder:
Have you ever been to Wales, Baldrick? Baldrick:
No, but I've often thought I'd like to. Blackadder:Well don't. It's a ghastly place. Huge gangs of tough, sinewy men roam the Valleys, terrorizing people with their close-harmony singing. You need half a pint of phlegm in your throat just to pronounce the place names. Never ask for directions in Wales, Baldrick. You'll be washing spit out of your hair for a fortnight.

I just looked it up. Great reviews everywhere except Rotten Tomatoes.

Ah Blackadder, one of my favourite shows. Brilliant cast with Rowan Atkinson, Tony Robinson plus other very talented actors.

Written communication is the only one that is universal. You write English extremely well potet, but I understand your difficulty with spoken English. I too write French well but speaking it is much more difficult. However when you chat on line with Lulu, you are writing down what you want to say and the support worker writes down his/her response. You don't actually speak to anyone like on a telephone.

If you are Welsh bizzley remember Blackadder was an obnoxious person, portrayed brilliantly by Rowan Atkinson. Mind you if you ask google what does it mean to be welsh you get, " Google, the world's biggest search engine, will tell you it means you're dishonest." www.walesonline.co.uk/news/wales-news/insulting-reply-you-you-ask-17810293

Rotten Tomatoes gave them 100% www.rottentomatoes.com/tv/blackadder_goes_forth
